George Jeffrey Children’s Centre (GJCC) is a paediatric health facility in Thunder Bay, Ontario providing occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech-language pathology, social work, recreation, and behaviour support services to children and youth with physical, communication and developmental needs. In August, 2023, we began working with George Jeffrey Children’s Centre to help promote open board of director’s positions with Meta & LinkedIn campaign strategies.
We work with the centre to help manage their Social Media platforms from both an organic & paid advertising standpoint.
We coordinate photoshoots to capture special events at the centre to showcase all of the wonderful work happening at GJCC.
We capture high quality, engaging video content to help highlight GJCC’s contributions to the community.
We help GJCC build new web forms and pages to help create the proper, trackable funnels for campaign delivery.

Capturing a day in the life as an employee and board member at George Jeffrey Children’s Centre requires a delicate, research-focused approach that poses a unique challenge.
The best way to attract potential board member’s to George Jeffrey Children’s Centre was to explain the UVP (Unique Value Proposition) to prospective board members through authentic photography and tailored messaging that encompasses a balance of passion and pragmatism.
For most volunteer board members, we knew that these individuals are willing and ready to help improve children’s lives because they are passionate about it, and we also knew that other’s with specific skillsets may be looking for opportunities to express those skillsets in a pragmatic way.
To succeed, we had to think, act, and talk like a board member. By researching terchiary industries to George Jeffrey Children’s Centre, and establish clear messages that speak with both passion and pragmatism, we were able to successfully recruit board members on George Jeffrey Children’s Centre board of directors.
Through the Make A Difference Campaign, George Jeffrey Children’s Centre collected 50 submissions from local professionals looking to seek a position on GJCC’s board of directors.
